• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise discover the source code of the Services.
• Using the Services to create or disseminate misinformation or "deepfakes" for malicious purposes.
• Overburdening or disrupting the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting them to law enforcement authorities.

Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you access or use our Services.

The Services and all content and materials included on the Services (excluding User Content), including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of AI Undress App or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content that you upload or generate using the Services ("User Content"). By making any User Content available on or through the Services, you grant to AI Undress App a non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide, royalty-free license, with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, publicly display, and publicly perform your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Services to you and to other users. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Services and researching and developing new ones.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant us the license to use your User Content as described above, and that your User Content, and its use by us as contemplated herein, does not and will not violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THE SERVICES AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AI Undress App, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce then in effect, conducted in Washington D.C., in the English language. Each party will bear its own costs in arbitration.
